27. One-touch Sat recording

Most video recorders do not have a satellite recei-

ver, which means that they cannot directly record

a programme from a satellite station.

However, you can record such a programme with

the aid of the OTR (one-touch recording) function

of your TV set.

• Select the programme position for the

Sat station whose programme you

want to record.

• Press the „AV“ key to open the menu

„AV playback“.

• Press the red key to make this Sat

station available for recording.

• The last signal connection you made is

now displayed. If this is not the one

you want, use the numeric keys to

select the correct connection.

• Press the green key to save the connection.

If you have a Data Logic video recor-

der, recording starts automatically (pro-

viding there is a cassette in the recor-

der).

If you have a standard video recorder,

switch to the AV programme position

and start a one-touch recording (OTR).

• Press the „TV“ key to close the menu.

Do not switch your TV set to a dif-

ferent programme position while

recording, since this will cause the

wrong programme to be recor-

ded.
